Eligibility: NW mini tour is open to amateurs or professionals who are 18yrs or older. Proof of age is required and can be verified by drivers license, birth certificate, or passport. The NW mini tour reserves the right to refuse membership at its sole discretion.

Membership for season: Membership fee is $400.00 for the entire season and must be paid at the time of application. You will have priority status for the 10 weekend tournaments to be held for that season. Tournament entry fees are between $150.00-$250.00 each weekend of play depending on format, and must be paid before each entry deadline.

Purses: Major tournaments will have a "$10,000.00 Purse" which will be based on a full field entered. Other tournaments will have a "$5000.00 Purse" which will also be based on a full field entered.

Withdrawals or No Shows: A refund will be given without penalty as long as notice is provided in writing by 5pm on Thursday before the scheduled event for that week. A credit will be issued to your account for the that event. No shows will not receive a refund for any reason or once play has begun.

Purse distribution: All winnings will be mailed the following week after tournament. Players must provide ssn# prior to receiving any prize monies. NW mini tour reserves the right to adjust purse at any time based upon the number of players entered for that tournament week.

Handicaps: Must be official USGA handicap and be currently updated the week before the tournament.

Weather: Tournaments will be rescheduled for adverse conditions at discretion of Tournament Director.

Appearance and Conduct: Appropriate professional golf attire is required at all times. Players must also conduct themselves professionally at all times.
